EverNine Placement is offered as part of a structured supportive independent living program and follows a code of conduct agreement.
The program fee ($varies) includes:
- Fully furnished shared room
- Utilities & Wi-Fi
- Access to kitchen and common areas
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Ongoing support and referrals to wraparound services
- Structured environment with peer accountability
There is no fixed timeline. As long as the participant abides by program rules, pays their program fee, and remains a positive part of the home environment, they may stay as long as needed.

All participants must agree to and sign a Code of Conduct upon entry. Key expectations include:
- Maintaining a clean and respectful living space
- Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, violence, or disruptive behavior
- Participation in house meetings
- Respect for quiet hours and shared spaces
Violation of these expectations may result in dismissal from the program.
Yes. During the first month, participants are responsible for a one-time community ($300) in addition to their monthly program fee. Participants are also expected to provide their own food and transportation throughout their stay. We assist with occasional transportation needs.
We offer independent living homes in and around Concord, Charlotte, Kannapolis, Salisbury, and Lexington, NC—generally within a 15–20 mile radius of Concord.
We also have trusted partners across the U.S., so even if you're outside our core area, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If we’re unable to place you directly, we’ll do our best to refer you to a reliable program owner in your area.
